Policy

Return policy: Store products accepted within 30 days of purchase if product is unused and undamaged. Buyer pays return shipping, or local drop-off in East Meadow, NY.

Refund policy: Full refund if I cancel a class/session; 5% processing fee for refunds on classes that I didn't cancel. Classes refundable before watching the second video, or within thirty days of purchase, less the 5% processing fee.

Tutoring session rescheduling: free within 48 hours, 10% processing fee for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice ( — or receive a coupon equivalent in purchase value to The Shepardsonian with no processing fee, even if canceled an hour before the session).
