This post contains information on the best translations and editions of Plato’s dialogues.
For everything, all authentic, dubious, and spurious dialogues, all the letters, and other material, see the Hackett Collected Works of Plato:
The classic Introductory Five Dialogues on Socrates’ trial and death: the Meno, Euthyphro, Apology, Crito, and Phaedo.
For a 400 or so page book that includes the above five dialogues, as well as the Symposium, Phaedrus, and Republic, this is a very reasonably priced edition.
